Terms & Conditions

General Business Terms and Conditions for orders at Arsam Group.

Last updated: June 2026

Navigation

1. Scope & Provider Details

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between you, the customer, and Volodymyr Artem, sole proprietor trading as Arsam Group, via our online shop.

By placing an order, you agree to the validity of these terms.

2. Dynamic Configuration & Natural Characteristics of Solid Wood

Our products are crafted from European Oak, which is a natural material.

Natural wood characteristics such as minor surface cracks, knots, natural grain patterns, color differences, and slight structural deviations are characteristic traits of real wood and make each table unique. These characteristics do not constitute defects.

Please note that custom configurations (exact dimensions, custom edge roundings, selected table legs) are dynamically tailored.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

By clicking the purchase button in the checkout flow, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the order via email confirmation or when payment is successfully processed.

4. Delivery, Shipping and Assembly

Due to the high weight of our premium solid wood tables, delivery is carried out by specialized furniture freight forwarding partners.

Standard delivery takes place "curbside" or to the place of use, depending on the service option selected. Delivery times are calculated based on manufacturing capacity.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
