Shipping Rates
Online orders currently show standard shipping as EUR 0 at checkout for deliveries in Germany and the Netherlands. Special delivery or installation services are confirmed before payment when available in those countries.
Return Conditions
Returnable standard items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Custom-made or individually configured goods are excluded from the statutory withdrawal right under German law unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Standard checkout shipping is EUR 0 for current online orders delivered in Germany and the Netherlands. Any available special delivery, installation or bulky handling service is quoted and accepted before payment.

This Google Merchant return policy applies to Germany and the Netherlands. Online checkout shipping is limited to these two countries.
Return and refund facts
Return window: 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you receives the goods. We accept returns for defective and non-defective returnable products.
Custom-made products: goods made to your individual selection, such as custom tabletop size, wood characteristics, edge choice or table-leg configuration, cannot be returned under the statutory withdrawal right unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
Product condition: we accept returnable products in new or slightly used condition. Items must be complete and returned without avoidable damage. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop.
Return method: in-store return at Arsam Group, Wierlings Busch 65, 48249 Dülmen, Germany. Send a clear withdrawal notice by email to info@arsam.org before bringing the item back.
Return fees: no restocking fee is charged. For returnable non-defective items, the customer pays any direct transport or freight cost needed to bring the goods back to our Dülmen address.
Defective or incorrect items: if the goods arrive defective, damaged in transit or not as ordered, contact info@arsam.org. Arsam Group will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping cost required to resolve the issue.
Refund timing and exchanges: exchanges are accepted for returnable products. Eligible refunds are issued no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of return shipment.
