Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Volodymyr Artem, trading as Arsam Group, Wierlings Busch 65, 48249 Dülmen, Germany, email: info@arsam.org) by means of a clear declaration.

Please note: Under § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since most of our solid wood dining tables at Arsam Group are customized to order (specific tabletop size, wood characteristics, and customized table leg options), these items are excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

Non-customized accessories and standard parts retain their statutory withdrawal rights.

If you withdraw from this contract for returnable items, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than standard delivery), immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of withdrawal.

You must return the goods at your own expense without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us.
